We were attracted immediately to what we would consider a very professional operation. We right away felt comfortable speaking with Jim Cooley. He is a good listener and took the time to understand our needs and then fulfilled them. We couldn't ask for more. Having never dealt with a company regarding an RV remodel, they truly walked us through the process. We are impressed that the names of the service technicians working on our coach appear on our invoice. That shows us pride in workmanship in a straight forward way.
When we spent 4 days at this company last Spring, spending the nights in their parking lot, we had the opportunity to meet other customers. We thought it was telling that we never heard one single negative comment. Quite the opposite, we were given further recommendations regarding the workers at this company and their professionalism and high quality workmanship, for a reasonable cost. A good value.
In all aspects of our remodel, they met or exceeded our expectations. We had them build custom cabinets on the end of our reclining love seat, and they went beyond even the beautiful cabinetry to use scraps of the maple to make a piece to cover the slide rollers down at the floor, so the mechanical parts wouldn't stand out. None of us anticipated this need, but they didn't miss a beat and made sure the whole area worked and looked great. We had them install a new, larger micro-convection oven. They built their own mounting brackets when it became clear the provided one wouldn't be adequate. We asked them to run electrical outlets into the new slide cabinetry. We'd been told by another company that this would not be possible. OMC's reply was to say they'd figure something out. They did.
We are truly impressed with this company. We have found them to be great to work with and anticipate further visits as needed.

“I recently had a problem with the front suspension system so I took my RV to a local truck repair shop that specializes in suspension systems. After going back twice in one month for diagnostic work they thought they found the problem, but weren’t sure. Their “guesstimate” of the cost for repairs was between two and three thousand dollars.”
“At that point…I called (OMC) and asked for service, I reached Vern (Huber). Within two minutes on the phone Vern had figured out the problem and told me what was needed to fix it. He encouraged me to have the mechanic at my local shop call him if he had any questions. In fact, the journeyman mechanic did call Vern for more information and he, too, was blown away at Vern’s knowledge and his willingness to help resolve the problem. The mecahnic fixed the problem within an hour at a charge of $101.00—amd I’m one happy RVer!”
